Therefore, ensure you read them carefully before using the app. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, attempting to extract the source code, translating into other languages, or creating derivative versions of the app or our trademarks. The app, along with all associated trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, remains the property of AirByte Tech.

AirByte Tech is dedicated to making the app as efficient and helpful as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify the app or charge for its services at any time for any reason. Rest assured, we will always make it clear to you if there are any charges for the app or its services.

The app stores and processes the personal data you provide to us to deliver our services. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your phone and access to the app. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this can remove software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device’s official operating system, making it susceptible to malware, viruses, and security vulnerabilities, which could also affect the app’s functionality.

Please note that AirByte Tech is not responsible for certain aspects. Some functions of the app require an active internet connection, which can be through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. AirByte Tech is not liable if the app doesn’t function fully due to lack of Wi-Fi or data allowance.

When using the app outside Wi-Fi areas, remember that your mobile network provider’s terms still apply. You may incur data charges for using the app without Wi-Fi, including roaming charges if used outside your home region. By using the app, you accept responsibility for these charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.

Additionally, AirByte Tech is not liable if your device runs out of battery while using the app, preventing access to the services.

Regarding AirByte Tech’s responsibility for your use of the app, we strive to keep the app updated and accurate but rely on third-party information. AirByte Tech is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from your reliance on the app’s functionality.

We may update the app periodically. The app is currently available on iOS, and system requirements may change. You will need to download updates to continue using the app. AirByte Tech does not guarantee that the app will always be compatible with the iOS version on your device. However, you agree to accept updates when offered. We may also discontinue the app at any time without notice. Upon termination, (a) your rights and licenses under these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the app and delete it from your device if necessary.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, and you will be informed of the renewal cost.
• Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off in Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
